Join us virtually on Wednesdays from 6-6:45pm for Zoom Yoga with Molly and Eliza.
Molly and Eliza have been practicing yoga together for more than twenty years--beginning before Eliza was even born! Molly is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She and Eliza teach the class together and hope many IVDSA friends and family members will join each week. Yogis should be able to follow simple instructions with both visual and verbal cues.
This class will focus on gentle movement, mindfulness, balance, and stress release. Calming benefits will follow you well beyond your yoga mat.
When participating at home it's important to have a safe and uncluttered space to practice in. A mat is nice but not required. In most classes we will use a chair as our prop to assist us in our postures. This will be a gentle slower paced class, combining motion and stretching.
