ITS TIME TO CLEAR OUT THE BAFFLES

It was 5am and I was in that light sleep dream phase.

Suddenly I saw the first ripples of movement appear on a body of water. As I looked closer I saw a rocket/submarine vehicle moving and then take off quickly across horizon.

As it was beginning to move, I heard the Lord say, “It is time to clear out the baffles.” .

Ecclesiastes 3:1 says “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven.”

The season has changed and we have well moved into at time where God is clearing out the baffles, because there is movement taking place now and it’s about to become very fast movement.

I’ve learnt that when God chooses an image in a dream or vision, it is deliberate and carries part of the message He is wanting to communicate with us.

So I got curious. Not knowing exactly what baffles were. I did some investigation.

ROCKET BAFFLES

The baffles in a rocket actually protect the parachute from the heat and filter out burning particles coming from the exhaust charge. Engineers have learnt that with out baffles protecting, the rocket can explode mid-air nor crash into pieces as it lands. Baffles are like a filter catching natural elements that would damage. They also give space for the gasses to cool.

SUBMARINE BAFFLES

In the submarine, the baffles are the area of water behind a submarine’s propeller which the sonar within cannot hear. It is a blind spot for the sonar. So a submarine commander chooses to clear the baffles by executing a series of hard turns. This also gets the submarine into favorable position to attack any following submarine.

I sensed the Lord say, “This is a season where there will be some quick hard turns but the result will be hearing God clearer and being better positioned to receive the new that is coming.

This is also a season where He is also clearing out our filters which protect us from damage in the movement coming and protect us from the enemy’s attack.”

Our eyes, thinking processes and heart beliefs are how we filter life says the Bible. On a corporate level, filters our parents, leaders, and organisations.

I sensed the Lord say this time of clearing out the baffles will impact the individual as much as it will impact the corporate life. Expect to see changes of leadership and organizations. Expect increase in answers to prayer and quicker processing of what has been hardwork previously.

If you are:

Really feeling under pressure or old thought patterns and beliefs are popping up that are confusing and not helping you;
Realising some fast turns and changes coming or taking place;

This is the goodness of your God is at work clearing out your baffles.

He is equipping you to know how to do hard things and do them well.

He is a good father and He knows how to father you. Stay humble, guard ferociously a heart to learn. You are not being shamed, condemned or revealed to be cancelled out. These are the language of your enemy the devil. This is about genius, God’s genius to develop, mature and increase you.

“So come on, let’s leave the preschool finger painting exercises on Christ and get on with the grand work of art. Grow up in Christ. The basic foundational truths are in place: turning your back on “salvation by self-help” and turning in trust toward God.” Hebrew 5:14

Ahead is fast significant movement into large open spaces for which many of you have been contending for, praying for and preparing for.

There are some prophetic words in all our lives and the lives of nations that are about to take another step of development and fulfillment.
