iTips: Fair Pricing
ITEX pricing of goods and services should be the same as cash pricing but no special discounts need to apply.
You are not obligated to sell all products or services your business offers in the ITEX Marketplace. For the products and services, you do offer to sell for ITEX dollars, you agreed when you joined ITEX to sell at your prevailing price, however, you are not obligated to offer “sale” or discount pricing. You also agreed to sell your listed products and services (including any necessary parts and supplies) for 100% ITEX dollars, except for (1) tax, tips, and shipping costs, and (2) a single transaction exceeding $5,000 ITEX dollars.
Bottom line: What’s a fair price? Exactly what you charge for a standard cash customer. If you want to buy at a fair price, how can you justify trying to charge a premium to an ITEX customer?
The Golden Rule Applies, “Treat others as you would wish to be treated.” Do that and the ITEX Marketplace remains a powerful tool for you to generate new revenue from new customers that you can use to save cash and enhance your bottom line!
