18th Annual Spring Golf Tournament

Get ready for a great day in the sun playing golf and networking at a beautiful country club. This is the ISPE San Diego Chapter’s 18th Annual Spring Golf Tournament. This year the tournament chairs, Laura Ellery, a Business Development Consultant and Annalisa Evans of Evans Consultants have upped their game once again! Stick with us, we will give you access to some incredible golf courses. For many years we played at Omni La Costa, one of the top courses in North America. Last year the tournament was at Aviara Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and in 2022 we played The Crossings at Carlsbad.

This year we are playing Fairbanks Ranch Country Club’s championship golf course. This premier resort-style property offers a truly unforgettable golf experience for players of all skill levels. The Valley, Lakes, and Ocean “Nines” combine 27 picturesque, walkable holes into three different course layouts. The first 18 holes were designed by Ted Robinson, the additional nine holes were designed by Ted Robinson Jr.

Fairbanks Ranch offers terrific views, wide, sweeping fairways and undulating greens encircled by palm trees to pristine, sparkling lakes and elevated tee shots. In addition to the beautiful aesthetics, the course offers challenging play for golfers at every skill level. Well-groomed fairways and greens keep Fairbanks Ranch difficult yet friendly, and the staff can offer tips and tricks for playing your best round.

PUTTING CONTEST SPONSOR $250 (1 AVAILABLE)

Includes a sign with your company logo on the putting green during registration. Does not include golfers or participation in the tournament. You work with the golf course to design the contest. You provide the prize(s) for the winner(s).

DEDICATED HOLE SPONSOR  $750 (12 AVAILABLE) 

Includes a Dedicated Hole on the course, one table and two chairs. You will be the only sponsor at the hole. You may serve food and non-alcoholic drinks. Does not include golfers.

DEDICATED HOLE DRINK SPONSOR $750 (6 AVAILABLE)

Includes a Dedicated Hole on the course, one table and two chairs. You will be the only sponsor at the hole. You may serve food and drinks (BYO). Does not include golfers. Fairbanks Ranch will allow drink sponsors to bring and serve alcohol as long as the person serving has an RBS certificate. (see below for more info)

ABC Alcohol Server Certification Exam

The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) requires any person serving alcohol to have a valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate. There is a $3 registration fee and approximately $20 for an online course or $25 for an in-person course. For more information: https://www.abc.ca.gov/education/rbs/

Pace of Play

Anticipated Tournament Duration: 5 Hours

NOTE FOR Singles and twosomes

Single players and twosomes will be paired with other

players at the discretion of the tournament director.

Play will remain a 4-person scramble.

Spring Tournament does not include a banquet

Sorry No Refunds For Golf Tournaments

Dress Code and Cell Phone Etiquette

Golfers must wear golf shirts with collars. Golf shoes with metal spikes are not allowed. Denim is not permitted. No short shorts, tank tops or cutoff shorts.

Cell phone use is not permitted in the locker rooms or driving range. Ringers must be off or on vibration mode on the golf course and driving range.
