ISOPP CAPhO 2025 Venue & Accommodation

ISOPP CAPhO 2025 will take place in the heart of downtown Victoria, BC, Canada at the Victoria Conference Centre (VCC).

Victoria is situated on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is easy to get to. Visit the Getting to Victoria website page for details.

The Conference Centre offers state-of-the-art amenities for Symposium settings and is the second conference centre in North America to receive Biosphere certification. Read more here.

Getting to Victoria:

Both Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Victoria International Airport (YYJ) offer convenient gateways to Victoria. If landing in YVR take the Canada Line SkyTrain to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal for a scenic 90-minute sailing on BC Ferries to Swartz Bay Terminal on Vancouver Island. Upon arrival at Swartz Bay, you can reach downtown Victoria through various transportation options including public transit or rideshare. Taking the ferry is also a great option to get back to YVR for your return flight home!

Harbour Air flies from Vancouver Airport's South Terminal (YVR South) to Victoria Harbour and vice versa multiple times a day. The flight time is 30-minutes and courtesy shuttles are available from YVR's main terminal to the YVR South Terminal.

Also available is a 45-minute seaplane flight from downtown Vancouver (take the Canada Line from YVR to Waterfront Station) to Victoria’s Inner Harbour.

Harbour Air flights into Victoria arrive at their Victoria Harbour base, located 5-minutes from the Fairmont Empress by foot.
