As Salamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu,

Dear community,

We are once again close to the end of the month of Ramadan. One cannot help but feel a sense of "farewell” like a loved one who has come to visit but must now leave and we won't see them for another year, InshaAllah. The communal events of fasting, suhoor, iftar, and performing our prayers together brought us closer under the umbrella of Ramadan! We the EC, along with other committees, volunteers, and administration, did our best to provide services at ISGVF so that your families and ours can enjoy the venue. Let's take advantage of the last few days of Ramadan, search for Laylat-ul-Qadr, attend Qiyam-ul-Layl, and be generous every day. Our work continues; we are planning for Eid Prayers and the Eid Dinner is back! We are looking beyond Eid to plan additional seasonal events. May Allah accept all of your acts of worship and dua's, and allow us to attain piety.

Respectfully yours,

ISGVF Executive Council

Annual ISGVF Peace Academy Honors Program

On March 16th, the students of Peace Academy were honored, and prizes were given to each student due to their efforts in memorizing the book of Allah. At the event, each student recited one of the surahs that they worked so hard to memorize. Also, select students received exceptional prizes for completing the memorization of an entire Juz, Masha'Allah.  We ask Allah SWT to make all our children among the people of the Qur'an.
