IRCC Welcomed New Executive Chef in March

Back in March, the At Ease Club welcomed new Executive Chef, Frank Weiland. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Weiland is now responsible for the daily food service for the At Ease Club restaurant, as well as onsite events catering. Weiland spent decades honing his skills and service ethic in executive chef positions at numerous high end resorts and country clubs in the U.S., including Sunspree Resorts, Hilton Hotels and Embassy Suites Golf Resorts. In Brevard, Weiland has served in the top spot in the kitchen of the Suntree Country Club and the Chart House. Chef Weiland holds certifications from the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef^® and a Certified Culinary Administrator^®.

Early in May, in preparation for fully reopening for IRCC members only, Executive Chef Weiland and At Ease Club Manager, Thomas Shonkwiler have recently introduced a delicious new menu to our members for Lunch, Dinner, and Take Out. Options include some delectable delights like Crispy Duck Breast, Bourbon-Peach Glazed Scallops, Filet Mignon, among many others! They have also included some mouth watering heart-healthy, gluten-free, and dairy free options for those with dietary restrictions. Bon Appétit!

IRCC to Fully Reopen Ammenities for Members Only

On the road back to normal, starting in mid-May, IRCC ammenities and facilities will be open to 100% capacity for members only. As IRCC begins to ease restrictions, many members are looking forward to events in queue, such as the Memorial Day Gate Ceremony on May 31st, "Colony Clowns Presents: Murder Mystery Dinner" in June, and "Cart Barn Players Present: A Summertime Comedy Revue" in June.
