The Fed releases the minutes from its Jan. 31 - Feb. 1 Federal Open Market Committee meeting. Fed Chair Janet Yellen  told Congress she sees rate increases ahead as long as the U.S. economy stays on track and meets the central bank's expectations for gradually rising inflation and tightening labor markets.
