Start by Thinking Well in January 2023

It is January and we all know what that means ... good ole’ New Year’s Resolutions.

You probably have already seen on Instagram how people are declaring their “word” of the year or setting a quote or verse for their intention. You might have seen the TikTok challenges about growth, mindset, and goal setting for 2023. While I have done ALL of these — with some success and a lot of failure — I am taking a different approach for 2023.

I'm starting the year by thinking well. Rather than doing, hustling, or accomplishing, I am going to spend January thinking.

Check out this month’s blog for questions you can use this month to think.

During December, Traci was able to join many of her classmates in Irvine, California as they received their degrees from Concordia University. Upon earning her Masters of Organizational Leadership, Traci shared pictures of her friends, family, instructors and classmates with the below:

Congratulations to Traci, our fearless leader! We wish her the best as she continues to put all that she learned into practice for her clients and the non-profits she serves.
