INDIGO Biofeedback Software Update
This email is primarily for those INDIGO owners who are still using the 12.12.12 (or older) version of the INDIGO biofeedback software. The INDIGO 12.12.12 will expire on December 5, 2014. That means you have 15 days to update to the most current version of the INDIGO software.

Many of you who get and read our emails and newsletters or attend our events were aware of the expiration date and are already up to date on your software. Good job!

Not everyone is "in the loop" so to speak, so you may wish to forward this email to your biofeedback friends and encourage them to subscribe to our email list and attend our events!

     


If you would like to check to make sure you are running the most current version, here is the version you should be running as of today:

INDIGO Users: Version 7.7.14

It is important to note that the INDIGO 12.12.12 will expire on December 5, 2014. Now is the time to update your software to the most current version if you have not already done so. If you are running the 9.13.13 version for any device, your software has not expired yet, but you do need to plan on updating your software to the most current version.

Software Activation 

After you've downloaded and installed the latest version of the biofeedback software for your device, watch the software activation video on our Youtube channel (see links below) and follow the instructions to make the activation payment to BHO to activate your software.  Please be sure to follow the activation steps carefully, especially step 13 (highlighted below) AFTER you click the "Pay Now" button. If you don't do it correctly, the activation will not work.

The written instructions for activating your software are below:

  1. Open your software.  If you do not get the box showing your device serial number at 25% close the software and configure your com port. Then open the software again.  If it still does not show, click on the search for biofeedback device button toward the top middle.  Type in your serial number and click load number to the right, then put a dot corresponding to the device that you have and click ok.  After a few moments the box should appear.  If it still does not show up, DO NOT proceed with the activation as this is necessary for the activation to complete successfully.
  2. Click on the continue button, then click on the password button to open the password panel.
  3. Type in your name (be careful as it's difficult to change later).
  4. Click on "I agree" to all terms button.
  5. Click on activation button in the middle of the password panel.
  6. Click on Internet button to proceed with the activation over the internet.
  7. New window opens.
  8. Type in your login email and password. (If you have forgotten your password please use the forgot password link at http://accounts.qxsubspace.com/accounts/login.)
  9. Click on Send to Server.
  10. Paypal Window opens.
  11. Select to pay with credit card or paypal account.
  12. Fill out payment information and click pay now.
  13. On the payment confirmation window BE SURE TO CLICK ON "Return to QX Bahamas Ltd". This is important. This is where the activation key gets generated.
  14. Box will pop up stating that you are now activated. Click ok.
  15. Another box pops up stating that the software needs to close for the changes. Click ok.
  16. Software will now close automatically.
You are now activated, and you may open your software and get started! 


We also provide the software on a USB Flash drive if you choose not to download it from the internet. This is the exact same software as downloaded from the BHO websites. No changes made. The flash drive is pretty simple to use. We've numbered the files and you just install them in the order given. Then you follow the simple activation steps above. "We-Do-It-For-You" Option

We can do the installation for you for a fee. 

  1. We have the ability to remotely update your software for QXCI, SCIO and INDIGO devices remotely by use of a remote control software.  In most cases, this eliminates the need to send your computer anywhere. BEFORE YOU BOOK this type of appointment you will want to order the software on USB Flashdrive to minimize your appointment time. CLICK HERE TO ORDER.   2. Or you can send in the computer to our facility in Michigan, USA. Some people prefer not to connect to the internet from their home or office, and some prefer the send in as the easier way for them.  If you are having hardware issues or Windows software issues, a "send in" might be the best way anyway, so that we can physically inspect the interior of the computer and re-install Windows.  During that process, we can also remove the dust and hair from the inside of your computer fans and vents, and even replace the thermal paste on your processor and graphics cards to keep them running cool.  To send in your computer for this service start a Support Ticket by sending an email with this format: 
      • Email address: Support@SSToffice.com
      • Subject line:  Your Last Name and Your Phone Number
      • Body:  List details of your support issue
      • Your Support Ticket is automatically created as you send the email
      • Your Support Ticket will be responded to As Soon As Possible but within 48 hours during business days.
Our current hourly rate is $65 per hour during our normal business hours. We also have two additional options that might suit your needs better as it offers you a lower price, especially since most people need support for their computers and software several times a year.
