Ganesh Machinery will debut exciting new machines in Chicago during IMTS 2012 this September 10^th - 15^th at McCormick Place booth S-9371. Mark your calendars to see live. The new 35-tool 9-axis Cyclone-52 BY2 multitasking 2" CNC lathe with 18-driven tools including 12 tools with B-axis capability. There is a separate Y-axis for both the main and the subspindle to ensure that a tool with the right capability available when it is needed .

The new 11-axis Cyclone-52 3TMY machine will also be shown for the first time at IMTS and it will be showing the complex work that can be machined with 48-tools from the 3 16-station high-speed tool turrets. Both upper turrets feature Y-axis capability. The 6,000 rpm 2" bar main and subpindle will be machining simultaneously with all 3-turrets cutting during the live part demonstrations. The Ganesh booth should be on the list of those manufacturers looking for "affordable cost reduction" for "done-in-one" CNC lathe work.  

Manual & CNC Oil Country Big Bore Lathes

Ganesh will also bring a machine from their Oil Country Division, the 30-HP GT - 3060 CNC Oil Country lathe with a 10" bore, 30" swing, and front and rear A2-15 chuck mounts. This machine is available in center distances of 60" to 160" and with feature the wizardry of the new Fagor 8065 Touch-Screen CNC control.
