On July 10th, a new mandatory field for "Seller Concessions = Yes or No" will be added to the MCRTC MLS for Residential, Residential Land, Residential Income, and Rental listings.
This field indicates if sellers are offering monetary concessions to buyers.
Action Required on or after 7/10: Update any existing listings to select Yes or No in the "Seller Concessions" field to avoid receiving an error message when changing status or making other updates.
IMPORTANT: Beginning August 14, 2024, no compensation information can be mentioned in any MLS field, including Remarks, or through any MCRTC service, including Market Watch announcements. Additionally, any concessions for Buyer Brokers cannot be specified in the MLS.
