City of Chicago BACP Services By Online Appointment Only Through January 3, 2023


From now through January 3, 2023, you must schedule an online appointment for all public vehicle facility services, which includes livery and chauffeur license services. During this time frame, the BACP Public Vehicle Facility will provide services by appointment only. BACP will resume walk-in service on Wednesday January 4, 2023.

Rideshare Drivers Protest Unfair Working Conditions At O'Hare

(December 27th, 2022)


Some Lyft and Uber drivers staged a protest and refused airport rides. They claim the rideshare companies have done nothing to protect them from carjackings – and they say they do not have access to clean bathrooms at the airports.

The Importance of a Refund Policy


One of the questions asked of merchants during the Merchant application process is - Do you have a refund policy? Many merchants handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. This invites the discretion of the employee or manager on duty and the decisions made might not always align with the values of the owner. There are important reasons to have a clear, concise written refund policy.

O’Hare International Airport Nears Two Decades As Travelers’ Favorite

Global Traveler” Magazine Names O’Hare “Best Airport in North America” for 19th Consecutive Year


The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) recently announced that Global Traveler (GT) magazine has named O’Hare International Airport as the "Best Airport in North America” for the 19th consecutive year and “Best Airport Dining” for the third consecutive year. Midway International Airport was also named “Best Family-Friendly Domestic Airport” by Wherever Family, a division of Global Traveler.
