Meet the Speakers

Paul Hantz

Paul is a seasoned Paving Project Manager at Wausau Tile, where he has built a distinguished 33-year career, specializing in pavers and pedestal installations for the last three decades. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and member of the International Building Enclosure Council (IBEC).

Duane Meno

Duane brings over 20 years of specialized experience in roofing, waterproofing, and epoxy coatings to his role as the owner of Valor IBP and as an independent technical sales representative. A former Army Captain, Duane has honed his leadership and technical expertise through senior roles, including Branch Manager at ABC Supply and General Manager for SSI, as well as Technical Sales positions at Carlisle Syntec and CCW.

Alvaro Gonzalez

Alvaro is a former Army Captain and former Assistant Director of Maintenance for Aldine ISD. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Alvaro serves as an independent sales representative for Valor IBP, bringing in-depth technical training and expertise in Wausau Tile and Miracote product lines to his role.
