Commercial Bank of Mott announces the promotion of Charlotte Aldinger to President effective January 2, 2021. She assumed those duties following the retirement of 30 year employee, John Fiedler. Charlotte is a native of Mott, ND. She graduated from the University of Mary with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Business Management. Her undergraduate studies in Business Administration focused on Finance and Accounting. During and after college, Charlotte worked at Investment Centers of America, Inc. in new business development and transitioning of financial advisors to the firm. Charlotte moved back to Mott in 2012 after accepting the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to her expanded duties as President, Charlotte will lead the Commercial Bank of Mott team with the resources, training and support to provide an overall positive customer experience.
Charlotte is a 2014 graduate of the North Dakota School of Banking. She serves on the ICBND board of directors and participates in the ICBND Emerging Leaders Group. She is also involved with the NDBA IT Peer Group. She is a member of the St. Vincent’s Finance Committee and Altar Society, as well as secretary/treasurer of the Mott Visionary Committee. Charlotte enjoys being part of her community and looks forward to opportunities to build community engagement. She is excited about the future of Commercial Bank of Mott and looks forward to serving the bank and community in the years ahead.
She has been married to her husband, Alex, for 11 years and they have 4 children, Emery(9), Brandt(7), Benson (5) and Brynn(3).
