Dear IATDMCT 2024 Exhibitor,

The IATDMCT Congress is pleased to announce we will have a mobile app (Pheedloop) onsite that will house the agenda, sponsor and exhibitor details, maps, and announcements.

Exhibitors have been sent an email from Pheedloop with instruction on how to to access the Exhibitor Portal. This portal will allow exhibitors to update their profile and description, as well as purchase lead retrieval if you wish. This feature allows staff to scan attendee badges with your smartphones on-site or virtually, collect contact information and notes, capturing leads in real-time. Key contact information for your leads will be made instantly available in the exhibitor portal. If Exhibitors would like to use lead retrieval, exhibitors must purchase it. The fee is $99.00 USD + applicable taxes.

If you did not receive the email with the exhibitor portal instruction from Pheedloop, or need the "primary contact" for your booth to be changed to another representative to set up your exhibitor profile and lead retrieval, please contact Megan Howes at info@iatdmct2024.org.

Please note, our app will launch August 27 - there will still be time for updates but we encourage you to try to update your profile by August 27 to give delegates time to learn more about your company ahead of the Congress.
