I'm Very Proud of My Readers

If you're an Owner of an established business and regularly reading my emails you may be thinking about selling your company in the next couple of years. Possibly a sale in 2024, 2025 or 2026.

Or you're thinking 5 or 10 years ahead and beginning the work, now, getting yourself and the company ready for sale much later.

Either way, I have to say I'm very proud of my readers. I'm hearing from many of you how you have chosen to hold off on a sale and do the work first. The steps required to increase the value of the business.

So many of you are taking a proactive stance and actively growing EBITDA and increasing the sale price.
