A word from our founder

My journey towards completing a Masters in Neuroscience has come to an end. I finished last week and I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge those that helped make this happen. A BIG thank you to the staff at The Cornerstone Pilates who supported my lack of presence on full days where I needed to dedicate time to my studies, especially our tireless manager Hélène who often felt my stress and was always a great source of support. To my clients who listened to my neuroscience discoveries and utter fascination over the past 2 years, thank you for never telling me you were bored. To my daughter for helping me navigate through the world of statistics when I stared at my screen in deep despair. To my husband for being there emotionally and financially and always being a rock for me to rely on. Thank you. I have had a small army of support and I could not have accomplished this without them.

It is an introductory offer, but not just for new clients. It can however only be purchased once. The goal is to keep you moving this summer and get a different kind of heat. The internal deep core heat that one can only get from a great Pilates workout!
