I can now assist in reviewing the HOA Certification, the HOA Master Policy, CC&R’s & Bylaws to determine if the Condo Community is eligible for a FHA Spot Approval! If so, I will work with FHA and the HOA to get the community approved! This will increase your ability as a Listing Agent to market to FHA Approved Buyers who are wanting to purchase a Condo.
