Honeywell Offers I-View Now Ready Solutions for Central Stations

 

When an alarm is real, every second counts, and central station operators need the full picture in order to make informed dispatch decisions. Video alarm verification provides them with real-time, situational insight into the protected premise for alarm confirmation and can help to determine event severity and reduces the time and costs associated with responding to false alarms.   

The picture is a lot clearer now that Honeywell is integrating with I-View Now - a patented, cloud-based central station interface that makes video alarm verification as easy as pushing a button. The recently released HRGX-the newest H.264 4/8/16 channel embedded DVR from Honeywell's Performance Series-was the first Honeywell device of its kind to connect directly to I-View Now to provide reliable, pre-alarm video so central station operators can virtually go back in time and see what caused the alarm. This amazing service meets and exceeds the Central Station Alarm Association standard for video verification (Video Verification Procedures for Burglar Alarms - ANSI/CSAA CS-V-02-2012). 

 

Honeywell's HRGX H.264 4/8/16 channel embedded DVR is integrated withI-View Now for a full-featured video verification solution. Honeywell Total Connect™ 2.0 remote services is the next solution to be I-View Now Ready that offers a robust solution with video clips and pseudo-live video streams (coming June 2015)

UL CERTIFIED SBN CLOUD EXPANDS WITH I-VIEW NOW

I-View Now is a patented cloud based video verification service that relates alarm signals / events with video clips from off the shelf security systems, DVRs, NVRs, Videofied, IP cameras and hosted video applications. All video plays for the operator in our universal player and all operator actions are stored in the event history of the central station software.
