"As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious, you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ."
1 Peter 2:4-5

BOARD OF EDUCATION PARKING LOT NOTICE
It was brought to our attention that in the previous 5-6 weeks we had members tampering with the gate in order to gain access. In our earlier communications to the congregation we asked our members to respect this opportunity we have by showing the Board of Education the love of Christ to the guards and be respectful toward them and their time. We are asking that you do the same with the BOE property. If the gate is down and it does not appear that a guard is making their way to the gate, please continue on to the Jackson Ward Lot or find on-street parking. Please do not attempt to lift the gate or drive around the down gate.
We are currently using 50% of the parking availability at the BOE and 80% at the JWL.
OFFICER RECOMMENDATIONS
Throughout the month of July, members are invited to recommend men to serve as leaders if the church, whether as officers (elders and deacons), or as trustees. After securing the consent of the candidates, please click the link below or contact Elise Hudson in the church office. Dear family and friends, please respect our neighbors on Suncrest by driving no faster than the posted speed limit as well as honoring those who utilize the street for walking, running and cycling. Our neighbors are sensitive to vehicle traffic on this road and a way to show them Christ’s love is to be attentive to the laws of the road and pedestrians.
