Friends of privacy,

We are going to make it! I-1552 can be on the ballot, and let me tell you how.

First, because of your tireless work, we have officially passed the 100,000- signature mark! We are weeks ahead of last year’s pace. And last year, more than 170,000 new signatures came in during the last two weeks of the campaign alone.

With your continued good work, we know the flow of signatures will increase in an ever-steepening curve. There are tens of thousands of petitions on the street, and only a small fraction have started to come back. The potential is huge.

While we can certainly afford to celebrate, we cannot afford to rest yet.

There are still thousands of signatures left to collect and no time to lose. The safest way to get this done is to continue to pay signature gatherers to supplement our volunteer effort. And like the signatures, more and more donors are giving sacrificially to ensure success.

Every donation you make gets us closer to our goal. Will you dig deep and do something a little out of the ordinary? Will you meet the generosity and challenge of one of our current donors? Read these donor statements, and prayerfully consider at what level you will meet their challenge.

"As the proud mother of two teenage girls, I’ve always been concerned for my girls’ safety and trained them to set clear boundaries. This policy throws all the rules out the window and strips us of our voice. While I've always identified with strong women, I've never considered myself a feminist. Now I find myself redefining what that means. I will gladly fight to protect the rights of women and girls the Human Rights Commission so callously disregarded. I hope you’ll fight alongside me."

"As a single mom, I know there are a number of things I will never be able to give to my children.

But one thing that I can give them is the knowledge that their mom did everything within her power to defend their right to privacy.  When I look back on my life, I need to be able to say that I didn't allow fear to keep me from doing what's right. If we don't take a stand on this, what else will we allow? Love always protects. It's up to us to get this done. Please join me."
"I think it is essential that we leverage the rare opportunity to act to protect women and girls, to reestablish healthy boundaries.

In addition, as a Christian I believe it is important to reinforce the Truth....that God created them 'male and female.'"

"It is tyrannical for any government entity, but much more an unelected one like the HRC, to force businesses to allow men into women’s showers and locker room facilities. So stand up to tyranny. Stand for what’s right.

I-1552 is sound public policy that supports the rights and dignity of everyone involved, which is a whole lot more than can be said for the disastrous HRC’s open locker room rule. Join me, and take a courageous stand for common sense.”

Working with you to the end,
