** A good and thorough cleaning on your unit should take at least an hour minimum and sometimes up to 2 hours (cleanings vary by stove model)

** An independent company (that is not a dealer) or individual cannot warranty any part on your unit even if your unit is under warranty

** If your unit needs a repair, it is always best to use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. Aftermarket part pricing may sound tempting but they often do not work as they should or fail sooner than they should. OEM parts through a dealer come with a warranty
