Dr. Bryan Setser had the honor of traveling to the Emerald Coast this week and working with the teams at Seaside School, Seaside Neighborhood School, and the New Seaside Collegiate High School, which is partnering with Northwest Florida State University on a new campus expansion this year. The team has done a remarkable job creating a storytelling campaign around video work and placemats to communicate their message to the broader education community in Florida.

TRANSFORMING SEASIDE'S FUTURE

In preparation for the 2024-2025 school year, Dr. Miller asked Setser Group to prepare a Personal Growth Day powered by AI experiences that would help Seaside's vision, mission, and strategic goals come to life. Over the summer, both Seaside and Setser Group prepared an AI experience with humans at the center of the work.

Dr. Miller tasked Setser Group with preparing a Setersonian Dinner for members of his board, his team, and town management. The purpose of the dinner was to demystify AI and also to have a conversation about how we keep humanity at the center of a foray of preparing Seaside students for any future. Our CEO, Bryan Setser, facilitated the dinner and wrapped the evening's conversation around three prompts that allowed the table to both experience AI and one another in the crucial conversations that lay ahead for Seaside. 

Both teams also co-designed a day for staff and surrounding community partners such as the Ft. Walton School District. Additionally, we've included photos from our visit, offering a visual glimpse into the collaboration and the meaningful interactions that took place at Seaside.

As a follow-up to the Day, Dr. Miller informed his staff that he would be purchasing subscriptions to Claude 3.5 Sonnet and also supporting them in obtaining AI certifications.
