Barbara Sweet, Chair, and John Rugge, MD, CEO, have welcomed three new members to the
Hudson Headwaters Health Network board of directors:
James J. Morris, IV,
Peter Reale and
Harry Robinson.
Morris, a resident of North Creek, serves as Senior Vice President
 Commercial Real Estate Finance for Berkshire Bank. He has 30 years' experience helping clients with commercial real estate and development financing needs mostly in the Mid-Hudson Valley and the Capital District. In addition, he is the cofounder of Barkeater Chocolates in North Creek. A mentor for the Young Professionals Network of the Capital Region Chamber, Morris also serves on the boards of the Center for Disability Services in Albany, and the Prospect Center in Queensbury. He has a degree in finance from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and attended Middlesex University (London) and Dutchess Community College.
A lifelong resident of Ticonderoga,
Peter Reale is Vice President of Reale
Construction, and is a third generation road and bridge contractor. Reale currently serves on the boards of the Ticonderoga Federal Credit Unionand the Ticonderoga Revitalization Alliance. He is active in the Knights of Columbus and St. Mary's Parish. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Harry Robinson of Brant Lake is the
former President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohoes Savings Bank. Now retired, Robinson serves on the boards of the Brant Lake Foundation, the Cohoes Savings Foundation and is a trustee emeritus and former chairman of the board of Albany Law School, from which he holds a degree. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont. This is his second appointment to the Hudson Headwaters Health Network board of directors.
Hudson Headwaters is a not-for-profit, community-based network of 17 health center offices serving the Adirondack North Country and Glens Falls Region since 1981. Its services include comprehensive primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, dentistry, lab, imaging and more.
