Coalition members are asked to check out and share the Howard County Food Connection Map with community members to help find low-cost, accessible food and nutrition resources.

Updates to the map include the 2024 Farmers Market schedule and the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) Summer Meal Program sites.

Howard County Local Health Improvement Coalition (HCLHIC) is pleased to share the launch of the Roving Radish Mobile Market. The Mobile Market aims to connect community members with affordable, healthy farm fresh food.

Starting this Summer, the Mobile Market will make twelve (12) stops weekly throughout Howard County. These sites will be included in the Food Connection Map and additional translated materials will be shared.

Coalition Members are asked to check out and share the Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs (CDSMP). The community-based classes help individuals build confidence managing their health.
