The Illinois Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives is hosting an entertaining and interactive seminar on How to Get People (Millennials) to Do Stuff by Michael Angelo Caruso.  Michael conducts many seminars and programs for Rotary Clubs around the country.  Some of our folks have had the opportunity to attend his seminars and found them to be informative and quite entertaining.

This session covers what your leadership group needs to know about the best ways to educate, motivate, and reward volunteers.

Michael will cover the four most challenging personalities, giving special attention to handling negative people.  You'll learn a simple, yet effective technique for confidence that few leaders use and the best way to offer criticism.

You'll also learn:

- how to better read people
- the 15 most powerful words
- two things that motivate nearly every time
- the message "you're important"
- working with and persuading Gen Y

- increasing membership by 10% within 12 months

- and much more!
