We are in the midst of Phase 1: Planning for Growth of the AC44 Comprehensive Plan Update project, and we want to hear from you about how we can best incorporate the County’s goals for equity, climate action, and growth projections in the Growth Management Policy.

Below is a list of opportunities to participate and lend your voice to this important topic!

Open Houses

Stop by one of our open houses to share your thoughts on planning for growth in Albemarle County! Our AC44 Comp Plan team will be available to share information about the County's current Growth Management Policy and some potential growth management options as we evaluate and consider an update to the Policy. We will be asking community members to share their input on which options best support the County's vision and goals for equity and climate action.

Tuesday, June 21, 4 - 6 pm @Northside Library Meeting Room

Wednesday, June 22, 5:30 - 7 pm @COB 5th Street, Room A
