How best to define our company culture?
Culture is best defined by "How we do things around here".
Every company has a culture.
Not every company has an intentional culture.
Choosing the key principles (think core values) that determine why we do it this way around here optimizes culture.
Creating company culture is the second hardest thing to do.
Recreating company culture is the hardest.
