Introducing Jermaine

We are thrilled to introduce you to our new Director of Rental Programs, Jermaine Barkley! Jermaine comes to us with a wealth of experience in the fields of mental health, case management, and crisis response. He’s lived in the Flagstaff area for 12 years and even volunteered in our Sharon Manor children’s program starting in 2012. Jermaine enjoys taking his 3 dogs out for walks and spending time running errands with his toddler around town.

Anti-Hunger Summit

We had the privilege of attending the Northern Arizona Anti-Hunger Summit, hosted by our valued partner, the Flagstaff Family Food Center. We gained valuable insights into the pressing issues surrounding hunger across Northern Arizona and discussed ways to address these challenges together.

GRATITUDES

WENA Supports Sharon Manor

Women Empowering Northern Arizona delivered funds raised for our Sharon Manor program! We continue to be so grateful for their support, helping us combine safe, decent, and affordable housing with critical one-on-one support to empower homeless individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.

Essential Supplies Donated

Through their "Movers for Moms" campaign, Flagstaff's Two Men and a Truck collected new bed sheets, comforters, pillows, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies for Sharon Manor residents in honor of Mother's Day. We are so grateful to everyone in our community who contributed to this! Your kindness truly inspires us.

CHS Seniors Give Back

We're incredibly grateful to this wonderful group of seniors from Coconino High School who spent their day pulling weeds and picking up trash around our Sharon Manor transitional housing property.

We urgently need volunteers for Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to help sort donations, price merchandise, and stage items. Linens for JoJo's Place

As we continue to welcome new residents into JoJo's Place, we continue to need new, queen sized bed comforters and pillows. Having experienced homelessness, most of our residents are moving in without the basic essentials of home. Please drop your donations at Housing Solutions’ office Mon-Thur 9am-3pm, located at 1500 E Cedar Ave Ste 86, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Thank you for your generosity!
