This is a nice opportunity for community agencies or your clients to tour the available housing and community rooms.

Kerry Conlon from PACE Marketing will be onsite along with staff from the Stoughton Housing Authority to answer your questions. 

The goal of congregate housing is to provide an alternative housing option for older adults interested in a shared environment enhanced with PACE servcies all provided in a safe environment with affordable rent. 

Harbor PACE is excited to announce this new housing collaboration with Stoughton  Public Housing and Old Colony Elder Services.  

Applications are now being accepted for move-in beginning Fall 2022.
