R&C Analysis Highlights Key Changes to RAD in New HUD Notice
Last week, HUD released Revision 4 of the RAD Notice (Notice H-2019-09 PIH 2019-23 (HA)). R&C attorneys have prepared an analysis of key changes to the RAD program presented by the new Notice. Of note, Revision 4 includes RAD for PRAC and also makes some key changes and clarifications for projects converting through Component One and Component Two of RAD.
