Hooray! Thursday is opening day at the farmer's market and kick-off of the Summer Concert Series!


Join us on June 6th from 4pm-8pm as we celebrate our 19th farmers market season! Come taste the freshness and enjoy the variety with over 75 season vendors - including 10 farmers, 14 processed food vendors, plus a wide assortment of ready to eat foods, and hand-crafted artisan goods - available for you to enjoy! Special thanks to farmer's market Gold Sponsor, Westlake Ace Hardware for thier support of our vibrant, growing market!


There will be a special opening day ceremony at 5:50pm at Si View's Picnic Shelter to kick off the farmers market and summer concert season, where together, we'll usher in the new season while acknowledging the invaluable support provided through local grants, and gracious sponsors and donors. The ceremony will conclude with the ringing of our market bell announcing Summer Concert opening day band, Betty and the Breakdowns from 6:10-7:40pm at the picnic shelter.

Just as our music spans generations from the 50's to current times it also appeals across all generations featuring infectious rhythms and grooves that motivate people of all ages to move and dance. We play a fun energetic mix of rockabilly, Honky Tonk, Western Swing and Rockin and Swingin Blues.

2024 Concert Schedule

The 14-week Summer Concerts at Si View Park's Picnic Shelter are FREE thanks to the King County Local Services - Alan M. Painter Community Engagement Grant and financial support from Summer Concert Title Co-Sponsors Snoqualmie Valley Real Estate, and the DeCou Family. Many thanks to 4Culture's Touring Arts Roster Presenter Incentive Program for partial funding of the 2024 concert season.

King County 911



The 911 Program Office is here to answer your questions, test your knowledge and hand out educational materials relating to 911.

Mt. Si Lutheran Church offers a free craft for kids at their booth every Thursday beginning June 6 through September 12. In July we will be teaming up with the "Power of Produce" (POP) club at the market to support activities that teach kids about vegetables as part of a healthy diet. Our crafts will be complimentary to each week's POP lesson.  

We are honored that the Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank is partnering with the farmers market for our 14-week season, providing a collection bin each week for donated fresh fruits and vegetables that support our community in need. See the donation bin at the Info Booth or at the SVFB booth where you can stop by and say hi and learn more about thier incredible programs.

Power of Produce Club

The Power of Produce (POP) Club is a FREE farmers' market-based children program, that seeks to teach children about fruits and vegetables, local food systems, and healthy food preparation through fun activities.


Kids ages 3-10 years engage in the full farmers market experience by trying new foods, having conversations with farmers, and buying local produce. After completing the fun weekly activity or challenge, children become the shoppers each week by earning POP bucks, $2 tokens, to spend on fresh fruits, vegetables and food plants at one of our farm booths of their choice.


The PoP Club is offered at the North Bend Farmers Market for

kids ages 3-10yrs for 6 consecutive market dates:

Farmers Markets are for EVERYONE! 

The North Bend Farmers Market is proud to accept a variety of payment options at the market, making nutritious foods accessible to low-income women, infants, children, and seniors. Please visit the Info Booth for more program information and how to use these payment options at the market.

EBT/SNAP

It's easy to use your Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT/SNAP) card to buy fresh, healthy food at the market. At the market information booth, our staff will swipe your EBT card for the amount requested. You will then be given wooden market tokens to buy fruits, vegetables, baked goods, seeds, meat, jams & jellies, bread, vegetable starts, syrup and honey. The tokens never expire and can be used at our market at any time.

SNAP MARKET MATCH

SNAP Market Match is a statewide nutrition incentive program that helps low-income families and individuals increase their ability to purchase fresh and local fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets.


If you use SNAP/EBT/P-EBT:

Visit the Information Booth at the North Bend Farmers Market.

Swipe your EBT or P-EBT card for the amount you want to spend.

You will receive that amount in EBT tokens and up to $25 in SNAP Market Match dollars.

SUN BUCKS

SUN Bucks, Washington’s Summer EBT Program, will be distributed to school-aged children that meet the eligibility requirements mid-June. Like how Pandemic EBT or P-EBT worked, SUN Bucks cards are processed through the market SNAP/EBT terminal, and customers are given existing SNAP tokens to spend at your market.


If you use SUN BUCKS /P-EBT:

Visit the Information Booth at the North Bend Farmers Market.

Swipe your SUN BUCKS /P-EBT card for the amount you want to spend.

You will receive that amount in EBT tokens and up to $25 in SNAP Market Match dollars.

WIC & SENIOR FARMERS MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM (SFMNP)


WIC FMNP

The WIC FMNP preloaded electronic cards are specifically to be used for purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables at Farmers Markets (note that no cash change is given). Look for farm booths with the posted WIC signage. Visit WIC FMNP for more information.



Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

SFMNP is a grant program provided by the USDA to help agencies promote the nutrition of low-income seniors with an electronic card preloaded with funds for produce and other eligible foods.


To be eligible for Senior FMNP, you must be 60 or older and have an annual income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. You can use your Senior FMNP pre-loaded electronic cards can be used at the market with your electronic card to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. (No change is given.)

Volunteer Opportunities

Do you love the local farmers market scene? Would you consider spending some time helping out on market days during the upcoming season? If you are excited about food, sustainability, meeting new people, and supporting local events, we'd love for you to join our market family as a volunteer! 

The Farmers Market takes place on Thursdays from June 6th to Sept 12th at Si View Park. (NO MARKET on July 4th). The market volunteer shifts available anywhere from 3pm-8:30pm. Volunteers commit to a minimum of 4 market days over the 14-week season.
