Orr Career Fellowship

The Orr Career Fellowship is a two-year commitment with a host company (most often located in Indianapolis) as a full-time, paid employee and ends with a two-week international trip. During the two years, Orr fellows form an amazing network with their peers and other Indianapolis business leaders. Although the Orr Fellowship's mission is to develop Indiana's next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs, it is not major or skill specific. Qualifications for the Orr Career Fellowship include a strong interest in entrepreneurship, academic and leadership ability, a 3.5 GPA (or 3.2 with extraordinary leadership or a technical degree), and an expected graduation date of December 2014 or May 2015.
