HONORS ADVISING
The semester is moving along quickly and now is a great time to schedule your required advising session with Beth Jones, your new Honors Advisor. All first-year Honors College students are required to attend either a one-on-one session or a group advising session. This will be your chance to ask questions about the Honors College curriculum and classes as well as discuss your experience within the Honors College. Group advising sessions are available for up to six students per session with the first session happening on Monday, February 10th from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. If you do not participate in an advising session with Beth by April 25, then you will not receive priority registration status in spring semester 2015.

To schedule an advising appointment, please call the Honors College office at 494-2929.  Appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hint, hint, don't wait until the last minute to schedule your advising appointment!
NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP OFFICE
Michael Jones

Mike Jones had some great experiences as a Fulbright US Research Fellow from Purdue while he was in Rwanda. Seeing his research on grain storage demoed across Rwanda in about 1,000 villages was one of them. Meeting the new friend in this picture was another. (Mike is the one in the foreground.) Read an interview with Mike on NISO's website and think about who you are going to meet on your Fulbright. Where could your work take you?
