New Dry Creek Irrigation has announced that it will be shutting down water on October 15th. This is your last chance to get in some watering.

Halloween falls on a Thursday night, and many residents have school and work the next day. Please be courteous when out trick or treating, avoid homes with their lights off, travel in groups, and wear or carry visible clothing or lights so you can be seen.
Daylight Savings
Don't forget to "Fall Back" on November 3rd, and get your extra hour of sleep by turning your clocks back an hour.
Pet Reminders
We've received complaints about residents not cleaning up after pets when they're out walking. PLEASE be responsible pet owners and clean up!
Motorized Vehicles
The Association is receiving complaints about golf carts and 4 wheelers in the common areas. These motorized vehicles are not permitted on our walking paths or common area grass. Please keep them on the street and follow all laws regarding their use.
