Curtains up! Experience the magic of live theater together. We are a very casual group: someone makes plans for an event and others may decide to join - sometimes with dinner out ahead of the event.

If you’d like to be notified of upcoming shows (theater, musicals, ballet, etc), please go to our Church Center app and add your name, or you may contact Linda McClain at lindamcclain@me.com or Judy Wright at rbwright1@me.com. If you’re planning an outing and would enjoy having others join you, let us know and we’ll add it to the schedule:

SERVICE

Volunteer Cooks Needed

On Friday, August 30, members of the Mission Board will be in the church kitchen cooking chili and cornbread for a dinner for more than 150 men experiencing homelessness. The meal will be served at CityTeam's Hope Cafe on Saturday August 31.

We could use a few more volunteers. If you are available to help prepare food that day, please contact Suzanne Latham at suzlatham3@gmail.com

We are looking for bakers to help provide cookies for dessert at the CityTeam dinner on August 31. If you are willing to bake at least two dozen homemade cookies, we would love to hear from you. These can either be brought to church on Sunday, August 25 to be stored in our freezer, or they can be brought to the kitchen on Friday afternoon, August 30 when many of us will be doing prep work in the kitchen.
