HOLY WEEK INSPIRATIONS

Holy Week is the week from Palm Sunday to Easter. It starts with a parade for Jesus and includes Jesus making people leave the temple who were not treating it like God's house. Also the Last Supper happened that week along with Jesus washing the disciples' feet, praying in the Garden, getting arrested and going to the cross. But the week continues with Jesus rising from the dead on Easter. What an exciting week for Christians! God sent Jesus to teach people and to show people how to live. And that helps us know how to live, too!

All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”

Luke 21: 4

Today's Scripture Reading

Luke 21: 1-4

As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. 2 He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins.

“Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others. 4 All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”

THINK ON THIS!

How can you share joyfully with others?
