Season’s greetings! As we approach the end of another successful year, I reflect on the strength, resilience, and collective achievements of our organization. MCA has consistently demonstrated its commitment to excellence and the advancement of the construction industry.

I hope you all are able to take a well-deserved break during this holiday season, spend quality time with your loved ones, and recharge for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

As we bid farewell to 2023 and welcome 2024 with open arms, let us carry forward the lessons learned, the new friendships forged, and the collective wisdom gained.

Thank you for your dedication to the Minnesota Construction Association. It is an honor and privilege to serve as your 2023 president, and I look forward to the continued collaboration and achievements that lie ahead.

Bhatti GI Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center

Edina, MN

Bhatti GI partnered with RJM Construction to enhance patient care through the development of an 80,000-square-foot medical office in Edina. In conjunction with Pope Design Group and Innovative Structural Solutions, RJM managed the planning and construction of a four-story facility, creatively addressing space limitations by incorporating lower-level parking. The design and implementation of the MEP systems were spearheaded by RJM's Director of MEP, guaranteeing the incorporation of cutting-edge standards for the surgery center. The upper floors currently accommodate Bhatti GI's clinic and ambulatory surgery center, with the possibility of further vertical expansion in the future.

Wells - Wells has started a tradition of getting various Minnesota locations to participate in a competition. Teams of engineers and drafters design and create holiday light displays made out of rebar and put them up for the communities to see.

Allegion - Regional sales office volunteered at Second Harvest Heartland to fill bags for communities and families needing assistance with food.
