Stratus Properties, Inc. has notified the Lost Creek Limited District that Holden Hills, the development located across Barton Creek from Lost Creek, will begin the infrastructure construction process on the property this week.

What to Know:  



• Noise and Construction Activity

Lost Creek residents, especially those with views of the Stratus property, may see and hear large vehicles completing clearing, hauling, and installing erosion control.

• NO construction traffic should affect Lost Creek Boulevard  

All construction staging for the entirety of the project should occur at the Southwest Parkway entrance to the development. If you notice their construction vehicles using Lost Creek Blvd, please contact the Limited District at office@lostcreekld.org.

• Safety Concerns

Stratus will be installing safety warning signs around the property. If you, or anyone you know, frequents the property for recreational purposes, please stop immediately due to safety concerns.
