Spring Spectacular

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend!

On Friday, March 24, 2023 the Spring Spectacular was held at the Liberty Hills Elementary School. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend! There were over 600 RSVPs for the event. The event was a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors, get pictures with the Easter Bunny, and celebrate spring. Shoutout to Eleanor's Coconut Cream for providing sweet treats at the event.

Welcome Our New Resident Services Associate

Samantha Mansfield

Hi All!

My name is Samantha Mansfield and I am so excited to join the Holbrook Farms team as your new Resident Services Associate. This will be my 4th year in the administrative industry. I originally grew up in Saratoga Springs/Lehi area and have loved watching it grow over the years, I hold it near and dear to my heart. I feel very privileged to be a part of your community and look forward to meeting everyone!

The main areas of focus will be homeowner communications in relation to general inquiries, account questions, and overall office support.

Scandia Clubhouse Rental

Did you know you can rent out the Scandia Clubhouse? There is a beautiful rental facility in the heart of Holbrook Farms. Current members of the Scandia Clubhouse will have a discounted rate to rent out the facility, but anyone can rent it out!

If you would like more information about the clubhouse or would like to rent it out, visit the community website!

Spring Clean Up Week

April 17-23

Help keep Holbrook Farms clean!

This is a great time to get your yards cleaned up for summer, deep cleaning done in your homes, or helping clean up unwanted trash in the community.

This is also a good time to review your property and make sure your landscape is well maintained and there is no weeds. If you live in a benefitted service area, these items will be assessed over the next coming weeks.

Over the years, we have had several residents request dumpsters. Since Lehi City provides a dump service, there will be no dumpster provided by the HOA. Residents who pay garbage to Lehi City are entitled to one 3-punch dump pass card per year to the North Pointe Solid Waste landfill. Pick yours up at the City Offices at 153 North 100 East. For more information, contact the Information Center at (385) 201-1000.

Resident Board Appointment

Deadline June 12, 2023

We are seeking one (1) homeowner to join the Board Of Directors as a voting resident.

  • Communicating with other homeowners and the property management company

  • Setting standards and examples for behavior conducive to the integrity of the community

Our volunteer board members are an integral part of helping to make our great community an incredible place to live!

Design Review Corner

We're excited to feature a new monthly series, Design Review Corner! This month, we’d like to remind you to submit your design review applications in preparation for spring projects. This way, you will be ready to get started once the weather warms up.

As a reminder, you must apply and receive written approval from the DRC prior to making any exterior modifications to your home.

Tip: It is helpful to include in your application any sample pictures of the types of trees/flowers you would like to use in your landscape design.

Resident Design Guidelines

Landscape

Lehi City, Management, and the Board of Directors have discussed the types of trees permitted in Holbrook Farms parrk strips. Lehi City has provided an updated Tree Guide with the types of trees allowed throughout the community. (The three trees that were updated are the Autumn Blaze, Patmore Ash and Flowering Pear.)

Plant your trees this Spring before it gets too hot! With that in mind, we request that all homeowners with dead trees in their park strip to have them replaced by June 1st. This will help the landscape to mature alongside the community.

As a general rule, trees should be pruned in the winter or early spring before the buds begin to show. During this time, the tree reserves are high, and the tree is dormant, which makes it less at risk for disease and insects.

Holiday Lights

We've enjoyed everyone's festive lights and displays this season. As a reminder, non-permanent lights must be removed from the exterior of your home by April 1st.

If you would like to install permanent lights or make any exterior changes to your property, please visit the myholbrookfarms website and fill out the design review application. Once the application is complete, please email it to designreview@myholbrookfarms.com.
