Landscape 101

How To Better Understand Your Yard

Over the past few weeks, management has rolled out a series of educational information for landscaping, from how to submit your architectural application for modifications to your home to tips on protecting your home from flooding. Over the next three weeks these eblasts will continue to be sent. Residents are also encouraged to review the full rules on the community website.

If you have not received these eblasts, please contact management.

Spring Clean Up Week

Thank you to everyone who participated!

Thank you for making Holbrook Farms beautiful!

We appreciate everyone who took the time to get their yards cleaned up and helped pick up unwanted trash in the community.

We are aware that pet waste is not being picked up properly and ask for everyone to do their part as responsible pet owners to keep our neighborhoods clean.

Responsibility for your pet also includes ensuring they are always on a leash and contained within their property. Lehi City requires that all pets be on a leash at all times.

Section 6.04.040 of the Lehi City Ordinances states, "It shall be unlawful for any domesticated animal to be at large at any time within the corporate limits of the City." Concerns regarding pets in the community are to be filed with the Lehi City Animal Control Unit and can be done so HERE or by calling 385.201.1005

These actions will help with keeping our community clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.

We appreciate all of our resident's cooperation and understanding.
