Welcome to the Hitchcock Bakeshop Newsletter. It's only one more sleep until Halloween, which means the holidays are not far behind. This is the bakeshop's first Thanksgiving and we're excited to be a part of your feast and festivities.
Between 5pm on Friday, 11/3 and Friday 11/10, you will be able to place your preorders for Thanksgiving. Pickup will be on Wednesday, 11/22 (the day before Thanksgiving) between 10am and 2pm at our location on Day Road.
Thanksgiving preorders will be limited to specialty items only. Breakfast pastries/cookies/etc. will be available for sale at the counter. We may not have specialty items for sale on the day of distribution; if you're interested in purchasing an item please be sure to place your preorder. There will be two separate lines on the day of distribution; one for preorder/pickup and one for purchasing breakfast pastries at the counter.
Lastly, the bakeshop will be closed 11/23-11/26. This is so we can replenish and restock for the following week. There will also be no farmer's market on Saturday 11/25 due to the tree lighting ceremony. As always, you can find our pastries at Cafe Hitchcock BI 7 days/week, and we'll have new holiday items starting 11/24! Hitchcock Bakeshop will be open every Saturday and Sunday, beginning in December.

You can now preorder pastries any day of the week for pickup Wednesday-Sunday. For now, Wednesday-Saturday will be preorder/pickup only; pickup hours are listed down below and on our website. The bakeshop will continue be open for preorder/pickup & walk-ins on Sundays from 10am-1pm.
One thing to note: When you place your order, please make sure that you're selecting the right pickup day. If you order on a weekday, the default is next day pickup. For items that are only available on Saturday/Sunday, the pickup day defaults to Saturday. If you would like to change the pickup day, you can do so by going to your cart and clicking "edit" on the right side of the page, next to "HOW TO GET IT".
