Hotel Accommodations

For those who would like to secure a hotel room for that night, we have two hotels under a hotel block for you to choose from: The Alloy Double-Tree Hilton in King of Prussia, PA, or the Hotel Warner, West Chester, PA. 

The Alloy, a Double-Tree by Hilton

King of Prussia, Pa 

$159 per night

The Alloy Hotel is a boutique hotel in King of Prussia with 327 spacious guest rooms, 60 suites. It is located just a mile from the King of Prussia mall and offers a complimentary shuttle within a five-mile radius.

The hotel went through an 18.5+ million dollar renovation in fall 2020, so it is one of the newest in our area. It provides free parking and Wi-Fi, an outdoor patio and pool with patio (open seasonally), a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center featuring Peloton stationary bikes, and its restaurant called the Hammer and Fire Restaurant and Bar.

Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Breakfast is an additional cost either in their Market, which serves Starbucks coffee, or in their restaurant, Hammer and Fire. 

The rate is $159 plus 10% tax for a room with a king-sized bed. To receive this rate, call 1-800-HILTONS and ask for the "35th Cardinal O'Hara High School Reunion" rate. Hotel Warner, 

West Chester, PA

$239 or $249 per night, complimentary continental breakfast

The Warner Theatre opened its doors to the West Chester community on November 14, 1930. The theatre, with its art deco style, gave a promise of modernity and prosperity to the town in the heart of Chester County. In 2011, a groundbreaking was held to build the Hotel Warner. Today, the Hotel Warner is surrounded by the charm of the Borough of West Chester, with more than 60 unique restaurants, several boutiques, and small markets, all within walking distance from the hotel's front door.

Your rate includes complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the whole building, a complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor heated pool and fitness center, reduced fee parking, limited shuttle service, and complimentary admission to the Chester County Historical Society. 

We also offer a restaurant discount program to all guests. Upon check-in, your guest will receive a restaurant discount card- these discounts are offered by many of the restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.
