HfS Research Named Exclusive Content and Research Partner for NASSCOM BPM Summit 2015

-- Award-winning industry analyst firm to support NASSCOM's Business Process Management summit themed, "The Emerging Digital Economy: Thrive, Survive or Die"--

BOSTON AND MUMBAI (April 8, 2015) - HfS Research, the leading market analysis and business advisory firm addressing IT services and business operations strategies, today announced its role as exclusive research and content partner for NASSCOM's Business Process Management Summit 2015, to be held in Bangalore, on September 24th-25th.

HfS Research is closely working with NASSCOM in designing this year's theme: "The Emerging Digital Economy: Thrive, Survive or Die", developing session topics, identifying speakers, supporting content for key speeches and producing a seminal white paper on the Digital theme, in addition to supporting the marketing and promotion of the event. This year, HfS Research Founder and CEO, Phil Fersht, will deliver a keynote address on the Emerging Digital Economy and its impact on the BPM industry.

Commenting on the forthcoming event, HfS CEO Phil Fersht stated, "The emergence of the Digital Economy represents the most disruptive series of impacts to the traditional BPM services industry that we have witnessed. For those service providers still thinking this is a passing fad, it may already be too late. For BPM customers, the onus is shifting away from massive offshore scale engagements to the Digital value they can achieve from their service partners, in areas such as better automation of processes, more meaningful data, and a new mindset to creative thinking. The opportunity for smart service providers with Digital capabilities to help their customers break away from legacy business models is massive.  Join us this September to break new ground in our industry's critical new phase of growth."

At the NASSCOM BPM summit, participants will debate how the ecosystem of Digital Service specialists is evolving the services spectrum, with the emergence of digitally empowered BPM services in horizontal areas such as finance, procurement, supply chain and HR, in addition to industry domain specialties, such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail and manufacturing.

Mr. KS Viswanathan, Vice President - Industry Initiatives, NASSCOM added, "We are very excited to have Phil Fersht and the HfS research team support our 2015 Summit. Digital has become one of our main focus areas for the year, with the industry increasingly investing in digitized solutions to drive future growth opportunities. Their focus on the emerging Digital Economy is particularly relevant to our members and HfS' renowned style and edge will help make this a not-to-be-missed summit this September."
