Congratulations to RHD’s Center for Creative Works (CCW) for their resounding success at the Outsider Art Fair, held at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City, from February 29 to March 3! Marking its sixth year exhibiting at the Fair, CCW showcased their extraordinarily talented artists specializing in “Self-Taught Art” or “Art Brut” – genres that highlight unconventional art by self-taught, and often, neurodivergent artists. During the event, 31 CCW artists captivated attendees with their exceptional works, resulting in a remarkable $26,000 in total sales! Furthermore, exhibits featuring CCW artists garnered widespread recognition from esteemed publications. Notable mentions include Allen Yu in the Wall Street Journal, Cindy Gosselin in the New York Times, and Doug Tan in Brutjournal.
