SQUAT IT LIKE ITS HOT!
Do you want to improve strength, mobility, and overall health with your FTR community?
FTR's Kettlebell Squat Challenge starts February 10th with a FREE workshop from 1 PM - 2 PM. Then, pay $10 to buy-in to the challenge.
You will need to show up to FTR 4 times a week and complete the squat programming.
The challenge will end March 9th at 2 PM with a test day. Your friends will be there to support you and you will get a T-shirt!
Let's see how much stronger we can get together (we promise it's not as hard as it looks!)

Express Yourself Through Music
|
Our members have been overcoming their fear of the mic, by writing and recording songs, with help from live instruments. Music can be a moving experience; it can consume you, help you feel present, and help to give you and our community a voice.
|
|
Our talented community came together to pitch THEIR idea for the new FTR T-Shirts!
Keep an eye out for who's design will show up on our Spring Swag!

|
FTR Paint Night with Gypsy Soul Tattoo

We played Bingo, Uno, Cards, and even painted nails. We always love when we have entire families show up to volunteer together.
And, volunteering as a community brings us closer to each other and helps us step outside of ourselves.

Welcome to the FTR Fam, Vachel!
|
We are SO excited and grateful to welcome Vachel Carter to our team as our new Grant Writer. Vachel will use her background in research and science to help us secure funding for our programming. She received her Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Utah in 2016 and recently completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in Prague, Czech Republic. Vachel loves to be outdoors camping, hiking, climbing, and snowboarding. "Being apart of the FTR community brings me so much joy and I can't wait to do my part in helping FTR succeed in fulfilling their mission, " she states. We can't wait, either!
