Working on a 

New Year's Resolution?

 

Here are some tips to succeed:

 

(1) Set Positive Goals.

Goals that focus on what you want, as opposed to goals that focus on eliminating what you do not want, will be more successful. 

 

(2) Be Specific.

Write down exactly what you hope to achieve, when you hope to achieve it and how you intend to get there. 

 

(3) Track your progress.

Place a chart in an obvious location such as your bathroom mirror. Try to set reasonable milestones and reward yourself along the way! 

 

Fun Facts

The most popular places to celebrate New Year's Eve are Las Vegas, Disney World and New York City. 


"Auld Lang Syne" is the traditional New Year's Eve song and it means "times gone by."

 

The tradition of using a baby's image as a symbol for New Year's began in 600 B.C. in Ancient Greece.
