A fun way for Boards to encourage beautiful yards in their neighborhood is to have an annual Spring Garden Contest!

It was  in 1784 that Benjamin Franklin first suggested the idea of daylight savings time. 

 

Some areas of the United States do not observe Daylight savings times, Arizona and Hawaii in particular.

Animoto offers a very inexpensive and easy way to turn those pictures into a video you can post! In about 10 minutes, even the technology challenged can create something wonderful.
