IMPORTANT
BOARD UPDATES
APRIL  2015

Springtime may bring April Showers,
But is Your Association Ready for a Rainy Day?

Tend to your reserve fund like your garden and watch it grow!

Tip of the Month

Most Associations need Reserve Studies. However, rather than requesting an entirely new report every few years, it is often more cost effective to have an old study updated. This allows your neighborhood to have the most current information year to year.

Facts About Money

Over 30 billion dollars of "Monopoly" money is printed each year.

In contrast, most of the money our government prints is simply to replace worn out bills.

About 75% of American families live paycheck to paycheck and sadly, many Associations do as well.

Quote of the Month

saving and planning.

"Someone is sitting in the shade today...

because someone planted a tree a long time ago."
